I have the same problem, upgraded to Windows 10 and I can't watch anything that uses flash video. Tl dr - Chrome runs like shit with videos and music and HTML5/Flash while everything else is 100% OK!Įdit: Chrome seems to take up a TON of memory according to Task Manager! This never happened even after 30+ open tabs/videos on Windows 8! stripping down Chrome to its core with nothing except the bare program and it still keeps happening! Microsoft Edge has no problems what s ever! Only Chrome runs this way! I disabled hardware acceleration and also tries safe mode (incognito) to see if some of my extensions caused the problem but still nothing! Keep in mind that now every video/ music or thing like that stutters and is choppy with only 1 video open and before I had 30+ ( yes 30+ and im not exaggerating) videos open in different windows and tabs and everything was as smooth as butter! What is happening? I did everything in my power to troubleshoot this incl. beta and canary and still nothing worked! Everything stutters. stutter a lot! I reinstalled Chrome 5 times trying different versions incl. Ok so Im really panicking right now! I just upgraded to Windows 10 and any video or music I play from Youtube, Google Play Music etc.
